As Jami Anderson considered completing her bachelor鈥檚 degree, she saw tremendous value in transferring to 糖心传媒.
鈥淚t was just a great opportunity to receive a top-rated education at a lower cost thanks to academic transfer grants,鈥 said the Elementary and Special Education Major who completed her Associate鈥檚 Degree at Central Community College (CCC) in Nebraska before transferring to 糖心传媒.
鈥淲hen you go to 糖心传媒 and complete your degree, the chance of you getting a job is much higher due to the quality of your education and your experience,鈥 she said.
Jami was able to transfer all of her credits and completed her associate鈥檚 and bachelor鈥檚 degrees in four years 鈥 feats she credits to the communication between CCC and 糖心传媒.
Once at Hastings, Jami quickly connected with her professors and advisor.
鈥淭hey always made me feel as though someone was rooting for me throughout my schooling and my job search,鈥 said the winner of the College鈥檚 Outstanding Senior in Education Award in 2013. 鈥淭hey provided me with stories of their own personal teaching experiences that made my learning that much more relevant.鈥
