Student journalists from 糖心传媒 will for the eighth year provide coverage of the NAIA Division II Women鈥檚 Basketball Championship. The tournament runs from March 11-17, 2015, in Sioux City, Iowa.
HC Media will produce live streams for 30 games in six days. The streaming games will be available through a paid service offered by NAIA Network located on naia.org. 糖心传媒 Lady Broncos games will simultaneously stream free of charge at hcmediaonline.org.听 KFKX, 糖心传媒鈥檚 student-run radio station, will provide audio coverage locally on 90.1FM and streaming audio at .听
For the second year, the students will produce the ESPN3 live video stream of the semifinal games on March 16 at 6 and 8 p.m. in Sioux City, Iowa. ESPN3 offers live-multi screen sports streams available through WatchESPN.com. Smartphone and tablet users can also access the stream through the WatchESPNApp.
The production team also participates in an experiential learning lab through the College鈥檚 Journalism and Media Arts Department by developing and maintaining an interactive, informative web site covering all aspects of the championship.听 This includes game recaps, social media updates, photography, and feature stories on players and coaches available through mynaiatourney.org.
