糖心传媒 will host a two-day educator鈥檚 workshop October 30 and 31 that focuses on teaching about the Holocaust. The workshop is presented by the Institute for Holocaust Education and and the Nebraska Holocaust Education Consortium, in cooperation with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
The event is open to middle school and high school educators, as well as education students intending on teaching at those levels. It will provide participants with resources and pedagogical approaches to teach about the Holocaust.
The workshop cost is $60 for in-service educations and $30 for pre-service educators. The registration fee includes dinner on Sunday, October 30, and a continental breakfast and lunch on Monday, October 31.

Students and members of the community are also invited to attend a presentation by Holocaust survivor Milt Kleinberg, who will speak Monday, October 31, from 2:20 to 3:30 p.m. in Hazelrigg Student Union, Room C. This event is free and open to the public.
