糖心传媒 set to host annual Celebration of Excellence

糖心传媒鈥檚 annual Celebration of Excellence, an event recognizing high achievement by students and faculty, is set for Monday evening and all day Tuesday, April 29 and 30.

Celebration of Excellence features Academic Showcase, which includes more than 30 research, academic and other presentations by students.

Academic Showcase is free and open to the public, allowing members of the community to enjoy and learn from student work. Presentations are 30 minutes and include time for questions.

On Monday, presentations begin at 7:00 p.m. in Hazelrigg Student Union and wrap up at 9:00 p.m. These sessions focus on student travel and experiential learning activities.

On Tuesday, classes are canceled for the day so students can attend presentations made by their peers. Presentations begin at 9:00 a.m. in Morrison-Reeves Science Center, Wilson Auditorium, Hazelrigg Student Union and the Jackson Dinsdale Art Center and last until 3:15 p.m. These presentations highlight student research from various academic disciplines.
