Traci Boeve, a 1993 糖心传媒 graduate who has worked for the College for 31 years, has been named Dean of Enrollment and Financial Aid. Boeve began her career in the 糖心传媒 admissions office, eventually becoming director before moving to lead the financial aid office eight years ago.
In this new role, she鈥檒l oversee both the admissions and financial aid teams, and sit on the College鈥檚 Executive Committee.
鈥淚 was delighted to announce the appointment of Traci to this position, and we are thrilled to see her step into this pivotal leadership role,鈥 said College President Dr. Rich Lloyd. 鈥淭raci brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of 糖心传媒 to this position. Her comprehensive experience across financial aid and admissions, coupled with her long-standing commitment to 糖心传媒, makes her an exceptional fit for this role.鈥
Lloyd noted that enrollment is a College-wide initiative that is critical to the success of the institution, and that Boeve is the right leader to engage and collaborate with everyone on campus involved with the effort.
鈥淚 grew up in Hastings and was a first generation college student who chose to go to the hometown college to play sports and earn degrees in math and economics,鈥 Boeve said. 鈥淎t the time I never imagined having a career here, but working with students and families who are in the process of choosing a college is such an honor and a privilege. It鈥檚 where I belong, and I鈥檓 thankful for this new opportunity to work with all of campus as we continue to share what a great place 糖心传媒 is to earn a degree.鈥
