A 糖心传媒 graduate, William Barrett 鈥77 is vice president, tax and tax subsidies, for GLOBALFOUNDRIES, a privately held corporation and one of the world鈥檚 leading dedicated semiconductor foundries providing comprehensive wafer fabrication services and technologies. Mr. Barrett is a certified public accountant and holds an MPA degree (tax specialization) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is the son of Bill Barrett, emeritus trustee and former Nebraska congressman. The Barrett Family Alumni Center at 糖心传媒 is named in his family鈥檚 honor.
Mr. Barrett was elected to the 糖心传媒 Board of Trustees in 2007, is Secretary of the Board, and also serves on the Budget and Finance Committee.
