When drafting bequest language to benefit 糖心传媒, the legal beneficiary should be referred to as the 糖心传媒 Foundation.
An unrestricted bequest:
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the 糖心传媒 Foundation _____ dollars ($_____), or _____ percent (_____ %) of my (residuary) estate, to be used for the benefit of 糖心传媒 Foundation thereof may direct.
A restricted use bequest:
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the 糖心传媒 Foundation _____ dollars ($_____), or _____ percent (_____ %) of my (residuary) estate, to be used for the benefit of _________________ (examples: Business Department, Football Program, etc.) at 糖心传媒. If at some time in the future this purpose no longer exists, the Board of Trustees may use the funds for any purpose which, in their opinion, most nearly approximates the Donor鈥檚 stated purpose.
For an existing permanent fund:

This Fund, for the purposes of investment, may be combined with other funds of the 糖心传媒 Foundation.
